How ecoVert Works
ecoVert is an online store that curates and sells natural, sustainable products sourced from New Zealand suppliers. When you place an order, your products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. This means you benefit from fresh stock and direct sourcing — and we take care of the relationship with our suppliers on your behalf.
If you have a question about product quality, a delivery issue, or anything else about your order, please contact us first. We'll liaise with the relevant supplier and get back to you promptly. We're your single point of contact — you don't need to deal with suppliers directly.
