Shipping — New Zealand Only

ecoVert currently delivers within New Zealand only. Because our products are sourced from a range of New Zealand suppliers, shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the supplier and your location. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Where tracking is available, details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delays Occasionally supplier or courier delays may affect delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at info@ecovert.co.nz and we'll follow up with the supplier on your behalf.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. Please contact us at info@ecovert.co.nz if you have a specific enquiry.
